1What is Alejandra's Leather?
Alejandra's Leather is a designer and producer of handmade, luxury leather products. Founded in 1997 in Tegucigalpa, Alejandra's Leather is one of Honduras's most respected leather brands.
2Where are Alejandra's Leather designs made?
All of our products are designed and produced in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
3How do I return or exchange an item I bought online?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your
item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt
or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@alejandrasleather.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions
on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting
a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United
States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

4Can I track the shipment of my order?
Upon purchase, you will be provided with a tracking number of your purchase. Please refer to your receipt and confirmation email. Updates will be provided by our logistics partners.
